Job Description

We’re looking for a Producer I to help keep our teams organized, connected, and moving forward as we build and deliver engaging game experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with designers, engineers, artists, and other disciplines to manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure projects stay on track.

As a key collaborator across teams, you’ll help identify and remove blockers, support agile workflows, and create an environment where teams can do their best work. Working alongside a Senior or Lead Producer, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of game updates and features while developing strong production skills and relationships across the studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage JIRA boards and task tracking for assigned projects
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within agile workflows
  • Facilitate communication between disciplines to ensure alignment and progress
  • Identify risks and blockers, proactively assisting in their resolution
  • Coordinate build submissions and track compliance or approval issues
  • Partner with QA to monitor build status, triage tickets, and maintain release readiness
  • Foster a transparent, collaborative, and adaptable team culture aligned with MobilityWare values
  • Assist in refining and communicating roadmap priorities and development timelines
  • Contribute to team events, small projects, or initiatives that support team engagement

Qualifications for Position:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in production or a related role (mobile, console, or online games)
  • Hands-on experience managing agile workflows using JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication across disciplines
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive team relationships and promote accountability and adaptability
  • Passion for mobile gaming and familiarity with MobilityWare titles
  • Nice to Have

    Experience acting as a Scrum Master or formal Scrum certification

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $93,000- $118,000.
