What you will work on
You will be one of two Product Managers forming Novibet's glocal product function in Mexico. Your peer owns Sportsbook; you will own Casino. Together, you'll share responsibility for PAM (player account management), regulatory compliance flows, and commercial product needs.
Your day-to-day is about understanding what the Mexican player needs from our casino product, what the competitive landscape demands, and translating that into initiatives that you champion to our vertical product teams at HQ. You won't manage a dev team directly - you lead through influence, data, and well-built business cases.
Own the Casino roadmap for Mexico
- Define and maintain the casino product roadmap for the Mexican market - slots, live casino, crash games, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle
- Work closely with the Country Manager to translate commercial priorities and regulatory requirements into actionable casino product initiatives
- Prioritize based on player impact, GGR contribution, competitive urgency, and engineering capacity at HQ
Share ownership of PAM, regulatory, and commercial product
- Co-own with the Sportsbook PM all platform-level product areas: registration flows, KYC/AML, responsible gambling, payments, and promotional mechanics
- Divide and conquer based on expertise and workload - you'll need a strong working relationship with your counterpart to make this seamless
- Be the go-to person when regulatory changes create product requirements
Drive competitive intelligence for Casino
- Conduct regular, structured competitive analysis of the Mexican online casino landscape - Caliente, Codere, Betcris, and emerging operators
- Identify gaps and opportunities in content portfolio, UX, bonus design, game provider selection, and lobby personalization
- Turn competitive insight into prioritized product recommendations with supporting evidence
Influence HQ vertical teams
- Partner with the Casino Product Manager at HQ to champion Mexico-specific initiatives for inclusion in the global casino roadmap
- Build trust through well-prepared briefs, clear requirements, and consistent follow-through
- Frame every request in terms of global value, not just local need - your job is to make it easy for HQ to say yes
Learn our product quickly and deeply
- Build rapid fluency in Novibet's casino product stack, content integration pipeline, bonus engine, and technical architecture
- Understand what can be configured locally vs. what requires engineering work, and plan accordingly
- Become the person in Mexico who can answer "why does our casino product work this way?" and "what should change for this market?"
- 3–5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on online casino products - you understand slots, live casino, crash games, RTP, volatility, bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, and player lifecycle management
- Deep familiarity with the Mexican iGaming competitive landscape and player behavior
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - you will communicate daily with international product and engineering teams
- Fluent Spanish (native or equivalent)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams where you influence outcomes without direct authority over engineering
- Analytical mindset - comfortable with GGR data, player segmentation, conversion funnels, and building business cases
- Based in Mexico City and comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement
Nice to bring
- Previous experience at an operator active in Mexico or Latin America
- Experience with casino content management - game provider negotiations, lobby optimization, game launch processes
- Understanding of Mexico's gambling regulation framework (Federal Gaming and Raffles Law, SEGOB licensing, IEPS tax structure)
- Experience with PAM/platform products - registration flows, KYC, responsible gambling, payment integrations (SPEI, OXXO, CoDi)
- Familiarity with product prioritization frameworks (RICE, weighted scoring, opportunity scoring)
- Experience working in a multi-market operator where local needs compete with global priorities
