Job Description

About Us

The Audiovisual (AV) unit is responsible for developing and delivering industry-leading live streaming solutions and video products for sports fans worldwide. Through close collaboration with rights holders, media companies, and betting operators, we provide a comprehensive portfolio of streaming services and technology platforms.

Our AV products support thousands of live sporting events every year and rely on a sophisticated ecosystem of video technologies, configuration management systems, and client-facing platforms. As part of this team, you will help shape the future of our audiovisual products and contribute to delivering exceptional streaming experiences to clients across the globe.

THE CHALLENGE:

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AV Configuration Management platform and proprietary AV Video Player.

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end - defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that create value for both our clients and internal stakeholders. Acting as a key partner to Engineering and Client Integration teams, you will balance business objectives, technical requirements, and user needs to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the vision for AV Configuration Management and the AV Video Player, aligning features with business strategy and engineering goals.

  • Sparring & Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with development teams and the Client Integration team to ensure technical feasibility, prioritize the backlog, and maintain high delivery standards.

  • Client Integration: Act as a subject matter expert during the client integration process, ensuring seamless product adoption and providing technical guidance on player implementation.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Support the strategy for AI-supported client analysis; help to generate datasets to prepare them for actionable product insights.

  • Technical Excellence: Navigate the team through dependencies to other teams and ensure high documentation standards.

  • Stakeholder Management: Translate engineering requirements into business value, facilitating prioritization meetings across the teams.

About You

  • Experience: At least 3+ years in Product Management or a similar field, with a focus on data products, analytics, or video streaming technologies.

  • Technical Acumen:

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/EKS) and APIs (REST, JSON).

  • Familiarity with video technologies (HLS, DASH, DRM).

  • Integration Mindset: Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to translate technical requirements into customized client solutions.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (C1 level). Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders alike.

  • Soft Skills: A collaborative, proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

OUR OFFER:

  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos.
  • Flexible working hours.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations
  • First Interview: Meet with the Hiring Manager to dive into your core product skills
  • Culture Day: A half a day at our Vienna office to meet the local team, gain insight into our
day-to-day collaboration, explore our work environment, and take part in a final office tour
  • Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
