We’re looking for a Product Manager, Membership Experience to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for the member-facing web experiences that support the D2C and B2B businesses. You will partner closely with our stakeholders in the U.S. to define new membership solutions and continually optimizing existing experiences. You will work alongside an engineering team in Finland to deliver these solutions.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the product lead for member-facing optimizations and new features, including ownership of the signup flow + membership management tools Identify and define use cases, product requirements, and roadmap investments in collaboration with stakeholders & development teams
• Liaise regularly with internal and external partners to refine requirements and coordinate partnership projects
• Design intuitive subscription and account management experiences and collaborate with other designers
• Lead agile development and ensure on-time delivery alongside your squad
• Determine how best to measure product results & learnings, and ensure we have the data and analytics in place to track customer and business impact
• Help drive a culture of excellence while ensuring a positive and collaborative experience for all cross-functional teams you work with

We would love to have you on our team, if you have:

• 4+ years experience as a software product manager
• Experience with subscription products, preferably with customer-facing UIs  and account management tools
• Experience with service design and UX/UI design
• Experience working with international groups and distributed teams
• Data-oriented mindset with skills to generate insights and hypotheses and to justify your recommendations and decisions with data
• Flexibility and team-oriented mindset to take-on additional customer-facing projects based on broader team’s capacity
