Role 🎨
At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Product Manager, you will transform lives by ensuring stellar care for our clients by improving care team efficiency and solving root-cause problems.
• Champion efforts to reduce care costs and elevate care quality by spearheading improvements across the Care team (Support, Clinicians, Guides)
• Seek out innovative ways to decrease Cost Per New Client and Support Tickets per New Client, and improve Average Integration Circle Attendance
• Build out a personalized approach to enhance adherence by boosting customer engagement and loyalty through experimentation on session wrap-up calls and repurchases
• Run a vision-driven, outcome-oriented, iterative, cross-functional product development process
• Deeply understand our clients and act as the voice of the customer
• Empower clients to fully engage with and benefit from their programs

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
