Zing Coach is seeking a talented full-time Senior Product Manager to join our team for Engagement and Retention. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our apps developing habit-forming experiences for customer loyalty and fitness success.
Responsibilities
Understand the core segments and behavioral personas of fitness customers
Formulate and execute a retention-led growth strategy that leverages key competitive differentiators to drive customer and business impact
Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap to personalize the app experience and increase customer engagement
Collaborate closely with AI teams, UX Research, Data Analytics, UX/UI Design, CRM, User Acquisition, Marketing, business leadership, etc. for roadmap alignment
Develop input metrics and deliver impact on workout retention, customer churn, referrals, and upsells, thereby moving the needle on customer LTV and CAC
Work closely with Engineering for quality and timely delivery of new features
Be hands-on with generating data insights and qualitative feedback to drive decisions for product innovation
Contribute to the larger product culture at Zing with best practices and set an example for other team members like a mentor
We expect that you have
Experience: Minimum 5 years as Product Manager for consumer-facing apps, with at least 1-2 years of retention-driven growth wins
Bonus: Experience building habit-forming features for personal development apps (fitness, health, education), gaming apps, or apps with natural habit cycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Knowledge and experience with best practices of agile and scrum product development
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
