As an AI Content & Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our AI assistant delivers high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly responses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences and maintain the integrity of our knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conversations between users and the AI assistant to evaluate response quality

• Write assessment reports and identify areas for improvement

• Organise and update the knowledge base content about app features, functionality, and user guidance
  
  

We expect that you have

• 3+ years of experience in content management, technical writing, customer support, or a related field

• Outstanding writing and editing skills in English

• Keen eye for detail and fact-checking

• Ability to break down complex topics into simple, clear explanations

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
