We are hiring an Operations Manager to join our Growth Department. This is the ideal role for someone with general or people operations or project management experience who is excited to work and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage projects that improve our quality and efficiency
Monitor operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Support team in executing daily tasks and addressing operational issues
Work out of the Zing office (Warsaw or Limassol) with the ability to work remotely
Be on call in the evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
We expect that you have
At least 4 years of Operations and/or Program Management experience
Experience communicating between different groups of stakeholders
Strong organisational and analytical skills
A passion for making fitness accessible to all
Fluent English level
Beneficial skills
Proven record working with large international remote teams
Assessment operations background
Experience with data analytics and/or UI/UX
