Your position in our team
  • You will take over product ownership for our cloud-based software solutions for Payment Service Provider (PSP) integrations and develop new features within a cross-functional team to ensure our product meets customers' needs.
  • Be the backlog owner: independently prioritize your team's work, manage projects from requirements gathering to delivery, and conduct detailed analyses of existing and new functionalities.
  • Translate platform transactions into profitable factors and act as an interface to internal departments, customers, and teams to actively involve all stakeholders in the design and implementation.
  • Take responsibility for fully digitalized payment processing, analyze relevant KPIs, and derive optimization measures to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Create, prioritize, and refine complex requirements and translate them into wireframes and mockups.

    • Your profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within software development, focusing on technical products, ideally in payment solutions or financial services.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and an interest in acting as a bridge between software and business are desirable. Knowledge of payment processing is advantageous.
  • The desire to plan and develop features that create genuine added value for our customers within a cross-functional and agile team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to align the planning of individual features with the overall product vision.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, both in the development environment and at the decision-making level.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
