Your role

This role is about owning the backbone of Midnite’s platform: our Player Account Management (PAM) and Core Platform systems, with compliance and regulatory technology (RegTech) as the top priority. You’ll be responsible for creating the systems and tools that allow us to operate in highly regulated markets while giving our users a frictionless experience.

The first challenge: building our back office into a product. That means architecting customer account infrastructure as the single source of truth for payments, fraud, verification, safer gambling, affordability, AML, risk scoring, bonuses, and loyalty. On top of this foundation, you’ll layer agent capabilities, automation, and AI connectors. Only then can we scale the RegTech engine to be truly industry-leading.

This isn’t about creating a B2B platform for others, it’s about building an in-house PAM that powers Midnite’s future, balancing compliance, scalability, and user delight.

You will:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Midnite’s Core Platform and PAM.
• Build internal systems that serve as the backbone for payments, fraud, verification, safer gambling, AML, risk scoring, bonus and loyalty systems.
• Develop a robust compliance and RegTech engine that empowers operations, compliance, and risk teams with flexible, scalable tools.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to leverage AI/ML in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and responsible gaming.
• Ensure the platform architecture provides a single source of truth for customer accounts across all Midnite products.
• Anticipate regulatory needs in current and future markets by collaborating with compliance, legal, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Champion automation, scalability, and integrations with third-party services (payment providers, game providers, KYC/AML tools).
• Establish Midnite as a market leader in compliance tech while enabling a seamless user experience.

You should apply if:

• You’re an experienced product manager with a track record in high-regulation industries (fintech, banking, fraud, payments, healthcare, betting, or similar).
• You’ve worked with or built Player Account Management systems, compliance platforms, or similarly complex back-office architectures.
• You understand how to balance regulatory requirements, operational needs, and user experience.
• You’ve leveraged AI/ML for fraud detection, compliance, or risk management.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and take ownership of complex, high-impact products.
• You’re an excellent communicator, able to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product strategy.
• You’re motivated by the chance to build a PAM and RegTech platform from scratch that could redefine compliance and user trust in betting.
