Your Role

You’ll take the reins on discovering and delivering the powerhouse tools that keep our sportsbook running at full throttle. From the brains behind Trading and Risk to the engine room of Market management, you’ll shape the critical internal systems that drive our operations.

Teaming up with sharp engineers and creative designers, you’ll make sure our platform is rock-solid, endlessly scalable, and primed to deliver a sportsbook experience that leaves the competition in the dust.

You’re not one to shy away from the nitty-gritty. Whether it’s crafting crystal-clear requirements, rolling up your sleeves to solve complex platform puzzles, or collaborating side-by-side with engineers, you’ll be right in the thick of the action, making things happen.

You will:

• Lead the development and ongoing improvement of our internal sportsbook platform and tooling.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver tooling that enables sportsbook features to scale.
• Define and maintain the roadmap for sportsbook platform capabilities such as risk controls, bet management systems, admin portals, promotional tools and API services.
• Define clear priorities and work closely with sportsbook stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business goals.
• Drive technical decisions and be an expert voice on architectural and design discussions.
• Champion an AI-native mindset, always on the lookout for breakthrough tech that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary for customers.
• Collaborate with external providers and partners when necessary to integrate and optimise third-party sportsbook data and services.
• Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.

You should apply if:

• You’re a veteran product manager, experienced in building outstanding B2B customer-facing platforms from the ground up
• You have a strong background in sportsbook platforms, trading tools and/or sports betting infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the sportsbook landscape including risk, liability, bet management and customer profiling tools.
• You've fully embraced AI solutions; open to experimenting with how AI tools can enhance sportsbook processes and internal tooling to drive operational efficiency.
• You are an excellent communicator, covering complex areas to a wide range of audiences
• You embrace a rapid-paced start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry
• You challenge the status quo, pushing the envelope to strive for product excellence
• You’re enthusiastic about taking the challenge of leading one of our most complex and ambitious teams
