THE ROLE

AG1 is looking for a self-motivated Product Marketer, Growth (Freelance) for our UK team, who will be excited by the challenge of delivering CRO and retention activities on an interim basis. We’re looking for someone who gets stuff done - and can quickly get to grips with internal systems and ways of working in order to deliver results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with stakeholders internally to develop a prioritised list of UK web and CRO tests for our next 3m - and to project manage these to completion working through internal stakeholders.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver foundational UK CRM journeys through Klaviyo, including prospecting and winback.
  • Help us to continue to evaluate ongoing CRM and retention opportunities, and help us to strategise and prioritise our next best action in these areas.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience (ideally with experience of both retention marketing and CRO).
  • Prior work experience with high-growth, premium, and/or subscription/recurring revenue businesses preferred.
  • ‘Start up mentality’ - happy to work as part of a small, agile team and take a proactive, problem-solving approach to their work.
  • Prior work experience in the UK market.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
  • Asana / Slack / Google Suite / Klaviyo Proficiency.
