WHOOP is seeking a Program Operations Associate; a new hybrid role that combines strategic program management with system optimization. This unique position requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can drive program success while enhancing and streamlining product systems for maximum efficiency. This highly leveraged role aims to improve the quality and velocity of work across teams by acting as a “force multiplier.”

This exciting opportunity will allow you to enhance our Product team’s day-to-day operations, while supporting the execution of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Foster strong partnerships across various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve program objectives

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and standardized processes across programs & teams, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes

Help convert abstract ideas and direction into tangible, actionable, and measurable plans

Help drive cross-team roadmap planning, ensuring proactive and forward-thinking strategies

Develop and manage comprehensive program timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and adjusting schedules as needed

Track and manage program risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges

Regularly communicate key developments, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner

Maintain comprehensive program documentation, ensuring key information is easily discoverable and digestible

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in program management or operations, managing sophisticated programs end to end in a fast-paced environment

A fast learner who can thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

Strong interpersonal skills; someone who excels at building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Scrappy and resourceful; when something needs to get done, you find a way to make it happen

Consistently positive attitude & highly self-motivated

Experience with Jira and Google Workspace

Passion for health and fitness

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
