ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton’s Content Department, comprised of our Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Build and maintain the programming class schedule in CMS, Instructor Google Cals, Global Production Schedule and Studio Booking Site. Ensuring all details are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Responsible for ensuring assigned Instructors’ Calendars remain balanced. Flag any conflicts or if they are working too much to Programming Manager 
  • Send Weekly & Monthly Schedules to assigned instructors 
  • Track pre-recorded content and work with the Media Operations Center to ensure classes are ready to release on time. 
  • Support Programming Leads on cross-functional teams for special content initiatives. Assist with creating briefs, planning the class schedule, sending Programming Notifications, making sure all coordinators have the necessary details for schedule reveal 
  • Work with the Global Production Scheduling Team to double check Global Production Schedule is aligned with Programming Plans & CMS 
  • Supports Programming Managers with specialty projects, as assigned 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Desire to work in a fast paced production environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience working with live production and high-profile talent. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Razor sharp attention to detail. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and nights. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications. 
  • 1+ Years of relevant experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$81,800$106,400 USD
