Reporting to the WNBA Business Development Lead this position will support the WNBA’s sponsorship sales efforts with the goal of growing the league’s partner roster, optimizing sales processes, and driving commercial opportunities through the sale of large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships.

Drive revenue for the WNBA by prospecting, developing, and selling integrated marketing partnerships that incorporate WNBA IP, media, events, and other benefits/opportunities

Serve as a WNBA subject matter expert cross-functionally and a key liaison between WNBA and multi-property business development teams to ensure seamless collaboration

Optimize business development organizational processes by maintaining CRM, pipeline reporting and tracking documents, identifying need for new or updated sales materials, and ensuring timely creation of pitches and proposals
