Work Location: USA Remote (AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MI, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST
Pay Rate: $30 - $33/hr DOE
This non-traditional UX Project Lead role working with an exciting AI start-up based in San Francisco. This role includes providing oversight to a team, ensuring daily tasks are clear and being completed, managing scope of work, creating works plans for the team, attending meetings tying to scope of work, managing team performance (daily deliverables, plan and implement user research strategy and methods, and provide performance management to the team of research associates on daily deliverables.
While the position is fully remote, the ideal candidate has the ability to go into the office from time to time. Therefore, residing in CA is preferred.
If the candidate resides outside of CA, they will still need to work according to the PST time zone.
Responsibilities:
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and product managers
• Create Use Case scenarios across different software programs
• Lead a team of Research Associates in executing Use Cases and delivering data results
• Manage scope of work and deliverables for team • Learn new software programs on the job
• Teach others your software skills
• Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them
• Execute and Deliver on Process improvements
