You will support the delivery of strategic business transformation initiatives by providing hands-on analysis, reporting, coordination, and change management support. This role ensures that complex, cross-functional programs are well-structured, actively managed, and supported with clear insights and communication.

You will work closely with Project/Program Managers and Change Leads, and business stakeholders to translate transformation plans into actionable steps, track execution, and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

What you will be doing:

Turn strategy into trackable execution

• Support the Project Managers and Change Lead to break down transformation initiatives into structured plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across teams.

Maintain project tracking & follow-ups

• For allocated projects, maintain project trackers and dashboards; proactively follow up with stream leads who have not updated progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Support the execution cadence & governance

• Attend project meetings, capture decisions, and track action items through to completion
• Support weekly governance routines (e.g., status reporting, steering committees)
• Build clear, concise materials for leadership updates

Coordinate cross-functional problem solving

• Set up and participate in cross-team calls

Support change management & adoption activities

• Monitor shared project inboxes or communication channels, respond to common user queries, and escalate complex issues
• Review feedback from training sessions or user interactions, categorize insights, and help refine change approaches
• Contribute to internal communications (e.g., tips, guides, adoption materials) to support new tools, processes, or ways of working

Analysis and data base maintenance

• Update and maintain “source of truth” reporting files, ensuring accurate and automated data flows where possible
• Analyze data (e.g., adoption metrics, progress tracking, survey feedback) and translate it into clear insights
• Create simple visualizations (e.g., progress charts, dashboards) to highlight performance and risks

Support business analysis activities

• Review and document current processes, tools, or workflows used by different teams

Create structure & improve ways of working

• Contribute to building and refining project and change management frameworks (templates, playbooks, processes)
• Help standardize reporting, communication, and execution practices across initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–3 years of experience in project support, PMO, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles.
• Has experience supporting cross-functional initiatives (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, transformation programs) is a strong plus.
• Is familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Has strong analytical skills (Google Sheets), including working with data, formulas, and basic visualizations.
• Has strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, structured presentations.
• Has excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and bringing structure where needed.
• Has strong communication skills, including confidence in following up, clarifying, and challenging when needed.
• Is proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve project and change management practices.
