We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead a high-impact, strategic project that is critical to our company’s future. This role involves managing and coordinating efforts across multiple departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment throughout the organization. As a key driver of this transversal initiative, you will play a vital role in delivering results that shape the success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• Makes sure the requirements are properly documented;
• Works closely with the developers and makes sure the requirements, priorities and estimations are properly understood and agreed across the team;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Have extensive customer contact during the project execution and build up a good relation with the customer;
• Implement and lead a project plan based on Agile methodology;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, scheduling and change management processes;
• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Lead meetings and manage project documentation.
