THE ROLE

We are looking for a 6-month contract Project Manager, Supply Chain to join our Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain Operations, you will play a critical role in managing  time sensitive critical projects with hard deadlines. This is a 6-month contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage Project timelines for supply chain tasks for two very critical projects collaborating very closely with Product development and Marketing teams. 
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion engaging with at least 15+ cross functional teams and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute taking, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Identify project dependencies and potential bottlenecks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track tasks (i.e. Asana), milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Operations,  or a similar field of study. DTC experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the project management role, supporting mid or large scale projects working extensively with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and organize projects and meet deadlines. Asana experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus (internal and external) with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage risks and resolve problems effectively.

Estimated Salary range:
