What You'll Do:Support the execution of projects across Product and Technology teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Assist Director of Project Management in establishing and maintaining project governance, documentation, and reportingIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement enhanced workflows to optimize project delivery.Manage and track requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations.Schedule and coordinate workshops, training sessions, meetings, and cross-team discussions.Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business and operational requirements, process flow diagrams, training guides, impact analyses, and system design summaries.Contribute to risk assessment, change management, and prioritization activities.Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus.Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
