MICHELIN RACEWAY ROAD ATLANTA Recognized as one of the world’s best road courses, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is a 2.54-mile road course situated in the rolling hills 35 minutes north of Atlanta.

The multi-purpose facility hosts the 10-hour Petit Le Mans race that closes out the IMSA schedule and is the final of the four endurance races contested by the series.

The track prides itself on a family-friendly atmosphere, with a “Kids 12 & Under Are Always Free” policy.

Summary This position is responsible for assisting the team with event promotions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Assist with set up and tear down for promotional events.

Help manage the promotional space at each event.

Help load up and pack for promotional events.

Assist with pre-race ceremonies at major events.

The position requires no travel.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Qualifications Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends, and some evenings.
