As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.
We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 35+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

Main information
- Remote option: you decide - 100% remote (Germany or EU-wide), top office in Cologne/Berlin or a combination of both
- Start: April ‘24
- Scope: 20 hours (part time)

For this we need you
- Support the QA team in ensuring the quality of mobile applications through manual black box testing
- Contribute to the improvement of product quality
- Participate in the initial setup of QA functions within the company

Your mission
- Perform manual black box testing on mobile applications to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues
- Log identified defects using defect tracking tools, providing clear and concise descriptions, screenshots, logs, or videos as necessary
- Assist in the maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing reports
- Conduct exploratory testing sessions to uncover issues that are not covered by existing test cases
What do you need
- You are currently studying Computer Science or something comparable and have completed at least four semesters.
- Experience in testing iOS and Android applications
- Sharp attention to detail and high level of diligence
- Excellent communication skills in English
Advantage but not a must
- You already have relevant experience through internships or working student activities that are helpful for our position
- Experience with startup environments and an affinity for agile cultures
- Experience in testing and delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps
- Familiarity with football is a bonus but not essential
