Job Description

As our QA Manager, you will guide our team and ensure alignment with our long-term QA objectives to fulfill that goal. Collaboration is at the heart of our culture, and through collaboration with developers and leadership along with the use of automation tools, you will empower both teams to achieve excellence in every aspect of our QA and development process.

As a QA Manager on a small, focused team, you will have the opportunity to help shape our new IP and create amazing experiences for our players.

Quality Assurance Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies tailored to the specific needs of the project.
  • Collaborate and Define testing methodologies, establish quality standards, and implement processes to ensure product excellence.
  • Continuously evaluate, gain feedback and improve QA processes to adapt to changing project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that all QA activities comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
  • Ensure that the QA processes are aligned with the development team need and player and expectations.
  • Incorporate player feedback into QA strategies and processes to enhance product quality.

  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration and leadership:
  • Foster collaboration and communication across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Act as a liaison between developers, project leads, and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate QA requirements, address issues, and facilitate problem-solving to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on QA progress, challenges, and improvements to senior contributors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team leadership on the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure product reliability and stability.

  • This contract would be up to 12 months, and the base salary range for this position is $150,000-200,000. The range doesn't tell the whole story - we are always open to candidates at different stages in their careers and consider candidates' potential impact holistically, not just their years of experience or skill level. In addition to a base salary, this role will be eligible for full health benefits including medical, dental, vision and more (plus paid time off).
