About the role This position is responsible for the effective implementation, growth, and development of the tennis coaching programs at the Queensland Tennis Centre. The role will focus on the development and growth of participation in core coaching programs including Hot Shots, group lessons, Development Squads, Performance, Adult lessons and School groups. The development of grassroots through to elite level coaching programs is essential for the long-term participation objectives across the region. Ensuring our programming is of World Class standard and player development is linking directly with both state and national based programs is key. In this role you will: Set individual coach benchmarks in consultation with coaching staff.

Produce regular detailed reports on the effectiveness and management of the coaching program.

About you To be successful in this role you will have: Tennis Australia Coach Membership & Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach (essential) Previous delivery experience within Tennis Australia program pathway (preferred) Proven experience working with all ages and abilities (e.g.

pre-schoolers through to adults) Experience in staff management and ensuring high levels of customer service Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis QLD What’s to love?
