Job Description

Quality Assurance R&D Manager wanted in San Antonio, TX. Take responsibility and ownership for quality across several company software product portfolios. Craft comprehensive test scenarios aligned with application and system requirements, spearhead both internal and external beta testing initiatives, meticulously report and track software defects, and lead a talented team of 4 Software QA and/or Automation Engineers.

Requirements

Requires: Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) and 2 years of experience in software quality assurance management using: test automation tools (examples include but are not limited to: Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete); bug tracking systems such as Jira to track and manage software defects, or 4 years of experience in software quality assurance management, which includes 2 years of experience using: test automation tools (examples include but are not limited to: Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete); bug tracking systems such as Jira to track and manage software defects.
