Job Responsibilities : The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences.

You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour Essential duties and

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
