We are on the lookout for a skilled React Native Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on PICKEM, where you’ll contribute to building and optimizing our mobile gaming application.

As a React Native Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our mobile application, ensuring they deliver seamless and engaging user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand requirements, implement features, and iterate based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the Product Owner (PO) to understand and define feature requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
Participate in user testing sessions to identify any technical problems and hitches in user experience.
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and user experience.
Partner with UX/UI designers to implement the best visual and functional aspects of mobile applications.
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the mobile space.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on React Native.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.
Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices and user-centered design.
Proficiency in using design and development tools such as Figma.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a team environment.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with an attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
