Contract Role for 3 to 6 months

Location: Millenia Business Park – Phase 2, Perungudi, Chennai.

Key Responsibiilities:

● Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, descriptions, and specifications.
● Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
● Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
● Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate periodic reports on hiring metrics.
● Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
● Assist in employer branding activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media outreach.
● Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 0–1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
● Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
