THE ROLE

The People & Talent department is looking for a Recruiter to join our fast-paced, experienced Talent Acquisition team. This person will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for critical talent needs across various internal capability teams. 

The relationship you build with your candidates won’t stop at the offer stage, as you’ll work to make sure we retain the talent we attract to prepare for AG1’s continuous growth, year over year. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will play a crucial part in the company's success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process (full life cycle) for various capabilities within the AG1 organization.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) process for respective capabilities and support the broader team through the talent process in other capabilities as needed.
  • Actively source, recruit, and establish connections with candidates in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and E-Commerce sectors.
  • Advise, influence and guide hiring managers and teams on thoughtfully assessing, identifying and converting top talent to ensure we continuously diversify our workforce.
  • Conduct initial interviews to guarantee that every candidate entering the pipeline is of exceptional quality and aligns with AG1’s Cultural Values.
  • Foster effective cross-functional relationships with hiring managers, and hiring teams, to understand the scope of their roles, team projects, and continued needs.
  • Provide clear and concise weekly status updates to both Hiring Managers and TA Leadership. 
  • Escalate recruitment challenges to members of the talent capability and provide recommendations to solution challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of recruitment activities, candidate evaluations, and hiring outcomes.
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach and sourcing efforts.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the candidate experience at every touchpoint.

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.
  • A proven ability to inspire and motivate passive candidates.
  • Effective influencing skills to guide leaders, hiring teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • A genuine curiosity for what each hiring manager needs on a meticulous level.
  • A diplomatic approach to coaching your teams through tough hiring decisions.
  • The desire to constantly learn and improve, knowing that only you can set your limits for growth.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily.
  • Demonstrated desire to promote and apply best recruiting practices, as well as unlearn and try new approaches when necessary.
  • Experience introducing new sourcing tactics and networking initiatives.
  • A passion for enhancing your candidates’ experience throughout the hiring process.
  • An impeccable knack for staying organized.
  • An appreciation for data-informed decision making.
  • An ability to stay hyper-focused while also keeping an eye on the big picture.
  • An incredibly strong work ethic, integrity, and grit.
