What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles and corporate positions (including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success).
  • Build Connections: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.
  • Partner with Purpose: Collaborate with hiring managers to provide insights and guidance on best practices, ensuring we make informed hiring decisions.
  • Elevate Our Brand: Participate in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities.
  • Drive Improvement: Contribute to refining our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years in recruitment, particularly in tech and corporate roles.
  • Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities that inspire and engage.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Curiosity and Adaptability: A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluently Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French is a must, as we collaborate with teams across Canada.
