The Recruitment Associate will lead the recruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role, you will be a strategic talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values.
Please note that this job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. While this individual will be employed by a third-party agency, he/she will be an integral member of the NFL Talent Acquisition team.
The NFL places a priority on having an in-person workplace, which enables us to more effectively collaborate, connect and build a workplace culture that will drive our continued success. We remain steadfast in our belief that working together as a team, in our physical office spaces, is critical to the successful execution of our season. For those reasons, we expect employees to work from an NFL office five days a week.

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
