ResponsibilitiesSupporting the team throughout the entire recruitment processUsing various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flowSupporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagementHelping the team in the operation of all HR projectsRequirementsPursuing your 4th year and graduating by February 2026 from universityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesPassion for learning the recruitment processEager to learn ATS and other recruitment toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAvailable for at least three days per week, including two consecutive daysExcellent communication skillsAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
