  • Translate global Flutter safer gambling priorities into actionable North American strategies that are measurable, transparent, and impactful.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on Responsible Gaming and Community Impact across FanDuel, representing the company externally with regulators, legislators, industry groups, and community partners.

Responsible Gaming Strategy

  • Ensure FanDuel meets Flutter’s global RG requirements and reporting obligations, advancing a culture of responsible play and customer care.
  • Engage and manage third party partners, including RG Ambassadors, vendors, and advocates to assist FanDuel in achieving its Responsible Gaming goals.

Community Impact & Corporate Responsibility

  • Oversee partnerships with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and government agencies that amplify FanDuel’s impact in key focus areas such as sustainability, equity, education, and responsible play.
  • Manage FanDuel’s community investment and volunteerism programs, ensuring initiatives are measurable, inclusive, and meaningful for both employees and the communities we serve.
  • Partner with Communications, External Affairs, and Brand teams to showcase FanDuel’s CSR efforts, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a responsible operator and corporate citizen.

Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Advocacy

  • Inspire and engage employees in volunteerism, charitable giving, and RG awareness programs to build a culture of accountability and community connection.
  • Communicate progress and impact to key stakeholders including employees, executives, regulators, investors, and partners through transparent reporting and storytelling.

  • Proven success building and scaling social impact or regulatory programs with measurable business and community outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven strategy and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across diverse stakeholders — from executive leadership to community partners.
