You have a commercial mindset, are known for your analytical skills, and are interested in or accustomed to working with data using tools such as Excel, SAP Analysis for Office and/or SAP Analytic Cloud, PowerBI, Anaplan.
If you join us in the Assistant Sales Performance role, your main daily missions would be:
- Managing sales force administration: configuring tools and access rights, transitioning and setting up before each sales campaign, monitoring the quality of client assignments, maintaining interfaces with ERP or CRM tools, periodic consultation with the management team to decide on transition schedules.
- Monitoring sales campaign performance: providing periodic reports to management teams, consolidating sales team needs in terms of customer tracking tools, managing client stock data, calculating sales commissions.
- Deploying and configuring reporting tools: drafting tools sustainability processes, collaborating with digital teams on improvements, organizing deployment of new features and user training.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position required.
- Education: Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), completed studies at a Business School or equivalent.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is a prerequisite (minimum C1 level), French is a plus.

Full-time fixed-term contract for sick leave replacement, initially for 2 months with possibility of renewal.
