Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell Keywords Service offerings for Global Service Lines, (including, but not limited to: localization, audio, and testing services) working with Global Sales team and China Regional Director.

• Maintain professional standards and conduct during all Sales activities, reflecting Keywords Studios commitment to industry leadership.

• Preserve and safeguard current client revenue, by maintaining relationships with key decision makers within clients; growing client engagement level with Keywords based on these relationships

• Engage with clients as an ambassador of Keywords Studios, to problem solve as a trusted partner

• Maintain service offering education level, to provide most up-to-date solutions offered by Keywords.

• Visit clients, represent Keywords at conferences, develop business, build and maintain a professional network of clients, map white spaces at Keywords’ Chinese clients in order to prospect for new leads and convert them into opportunities, successfully close opportunities so they generate new revenue for Keywords to achieve quarterly and annual targets for “New” revenue

Requirements

Experience Required

任职资格：

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

本科及以上学历

• 1-5 years of experience in videogames industry is mandatory, and knowledge of localization, FQA and voice-over services is essential.

热爱游戏且有1-5年游戏行业从业经验，熟悉游戏本地化，测试和配音业务

• Excellent Chinese and English communication (written and verbal) skills.

出色的中英文沟通能力 (书面和表达)

• Experience in a multinational company with team members in different countries.

• Self-driven. Able to deliver the best results without supervision.

• Possesses sales skills, and experience of dealing directly with customers.

P.S.:

This role is hybrid. Work in the office for 3 days per week with a floating workspace with the rest flexible in location for customer visit and preparation.
