We are hiring a Client Sales Manager for our Wellz  - Gympass Mental Health Solution team in São Paulo! 

Gympass's innovative mental health platform, Wellz, provides companies and their employees with affordable, personalized emotional health support. By merging technology with a strong clinical approach, Wellz is dedicated to making quality emotional health support accessible to top corporations.

As a key member of the Wellz sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation of our sales strategy and engaging with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders regularly.


  • Lead key meetings with senior leadership to prospect clients; Mainly HR stakeholders;
  • Strategize, negotiate, and close business deals and strategies of sales;
  • Understand client needs and come up with solutions;
  • Collaborate with the Wellz marketing/branding team to improve the sales assets;
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity using our CRM for maximum efficiency;
  • Independently create and deliver customized presentations and proposals;
  • Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff for all new customers;
  • Consistently look for ways to innovate our sales process and product offering - and collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams;
  • Train and engage the Gympass core Sales team on Wellz products;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your team’s. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.


  • Hunter approach: Proactive, energetic, self-driven, with proven communication skills;
  • Previous experience with corporate sales experience, ideally dealing with sales to HR;
  • Leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals;
  • Advanced English;
  • Excellent lead generator;
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills;
  • Teamwork-oriented behavior and partnership with business colleagues to achieve financial objectives;
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a highly demanding and changing business environment;
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
  • Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.
