If you love optimizing Salesforce, automating processes, and turning business needs into real solutions, this is your chance to make a tangible impact while collaborating with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance.</b></div></br><b>Your Position in Our Team</b></br><li>Drive Salesforce administration, optimization, and business analysis to support the Revenue Operations program</li><li>Oversee system health, user management, and platform scalability</li><li>Design and implement automation and process improvements that streamline business operations</li><li>Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions</li><li>Facilitate workshops and demos, and lead training sessions to boost adoption and maximize platform value</li><li>Collaborate across projects within the Revenue Operations program</li><li>Manage integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite (ZoneBilling), Zendesk, PlanHat, and HubSpot</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting and dashboards, and uphold system security and compliance</li><li>Lead Salesforce enhancement projects, implement best practices, and contribute to strategic initiatives</li></br><b>Your Profile</b></br><li>5+ years of Salesforce experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment</li><li>Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including low-code capabilities</li><li>Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Business Analyst are a plus</li><li>Experience with subscription-based products is a strong advantage</li><li>Fluent in English</li></br>
