The Role - Salesforce Programme Manager (9 month FTC)
Genius Sports is about to embark on a programme of work to fully automate its order to cash process. We have a good baseline Salesforce implementation, the right pieces on the board and a talented internal team however our revenue is growing faster than our current programmes can keep up with and we want to take maximum advantage of a one-time initiative to build rock solid foundations upon which our future growth will be built.
We have engaged with a 3rd party to conduct an end-to-end review of our business processes and provide an Enterprise Architecture-level view of what’s possible and now want to engage an immediately available Solutions Architect to get into the detail and bring it to life.
You will pursue a detailed understanding of how the order to cash process works and focus on how to enable teams to deliver the business vision. You will report to the Project & Programmes Director, but also work very closely with our VP Information Technology, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Solutions Architect and delivery teams to ensure high class execution and performance.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be both a self-starter, and a collaborator. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and be able to deliver key messages succinctly and effectively.
