• Assistant role will assist in the planning and execution of Atlanta Hawks game nights and special event activations. The Game Operations Seasonal

• Assistant will assist in the brainstorming, planning, and execution of theme nights, entertainment performances, and in-game contests.

• Assist in planning entertainment and activations for all Atlanta Hawks games and special events such as Meet the Team, Million Meal Pack, Watch Parties, and Membership Events Aid in script writing and editing

• Assisting with research of innovative ideas to improve and enhance game operations elements Act as a stage manager on game nights, focusing on contestant selection and administrative elements such as waiver processes and prizing distribution Deploy and maintain props and special effects, including Cryo (CO2) Equipment

• Assist in the orientation of team members and in maintaining standard operating procedures Act as a liaison with the group sales and membership teams

• Oversee parking, credentials, and early access lists for security staff

• Maintain cleanliness of arena storage space

• Assist with video production for elements to be used on gameday
