THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive Manager - Strategic Accounts to our Client Sales team in Sao Paulo! 

At Gympass, our sales team is the engine that drives our mission of Making Wellbeing Universal as we deliver our solutions to clients across the globe.

Gympass has a solid brand as physical activities benefit in Brazil and in the last two years expanded their solution to wellbeing. Nowadays Gympass is a Wellbeing platform for companies that need to manage and communicate  their wellbeing  program to employees through a solution with access to gyms, personal trainers, nutrition, emotional health and online therapy.

Considering this expansion, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive - Strategic Accounts who will work as an individual contributor and will join this impactful moment in our company. Reporting to a Senior Sales Director of Client Sales you will manage the new business deals for companies with +5,000 employees in Brazil. 

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Having a broad view of the clients, in order to develop a strategy to sell to biggest companies in Brazil;
  • Develop and create a relationship with prospects, in order to demonstrate the wellbeing value to the prospect;
  • Know how in  portfolio management, in order to prioritize the best clients achieving their target adding value to the client and Gympass;
  • Manage the sales funnel and understand the requirements for each phase;
  • Maintain and report a forecast to drive towards your goals;
  • Provide executive sponsorship on client calls;
  • Partner cross functionally to help expand Gympass’s presence in the top accounts in Brazil.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A sales professional with experience leading through high growth (company structure & sales) and change management;
  • Experience in consultative selling process;
  • Experience and knowledge of working with large accounts sales cycle in Brazil;
  • Track record of exceeding targets;
  • A zest for a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to execute with ambiguity, with a bias towards action, data-driven decision and collaboration;
  • Strong commercial background - focused on HR decision-makers;
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently;
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong listening and communication skills;
  • Positive attitude and team spirit;
