Job Purpose

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of big/medium-sized publishers in the EMEA region. You will manage day-to-day relationships with mobile gaming developers who use the Chartboost platform to monetize their apps and grow their business while ensuring the utmost user experience for their players. This is a highly impactful position for the Supply Business EMEA team as you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the relationship with our top clients while upselling Chartboost products and features.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will take ownership and nurture long-term and strong partnerships with mobile gaming developers
  • Consistently conduct accurate research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize your client’s monetization activities
  • Lead negotiations with strategic clients that would grow Chartboost's footprint in the market
  • Be accountable for client satisfaction and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives
  • Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions 
  • Manage expectations at all levels and attend/direct client meetings. Demonstrate a consultative approach in addressing client needs
  • Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests, and needs to the Product Team with quantifiable impact and justifications based on sound business cases
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure monetization success and communication
  • Liaise with our internal technical teams regarding any highly technical queries, and provide customer support
  • Lead training to educate clients about our products and features
  • Represent Chartboost at industry conferences and events

Required Skills & Experience

  • You have experience working at a high-tech, mobile, gaming, or performance marketing company in an Account Management role.
  • You are very comfortable with Excel and capable of creating Pivot tables with ease.
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resourceful and determined to find answers and solutions
  • Skilled at turning customers into Chartboost promoters.
  • Comfortable speaking with technical audiences (familiar with terms like API, SDK, and CSS).
  • Passionate about learning, helping people, and getting them excited about using Chartboost
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to think on your feet
  • Eager to travel around Europe, evangelize the Chartboost platform, and engage in frequent video meetings with partners
  • A strong and proactive planner, collaborator, and organizer, with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Possess a can-do "make it happen" attitude, comfortable making decisions with little supervision or direction 

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • A gamer and understand the mechanics of games
  • Fluency in other languages such as Russian, French, Turkish, or Hebrew
