We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Brand Designer to take the lead in shaping and elevating our visual identity across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to create compelling and industry-leading designs that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic creative thinker who can implement a cohesive brand identity across an entire 360 campaign. Responsibilities:
Develop & execute 360° creative by leading the design and execution of campaigns across digital and print channels
A strong passion for brand storytelling and a deep connection to current trends and the cultural landscape
Exceptional taste level with an advanced understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to concept and execute creative against strategic briefs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams
Ability to marry brand-forward creativity with a performance mindset
Ability to bring structure to the Brand Creative team by developing efficient workflows, templates, and guidelines that improve speed and output
Ability to manage design systems and ensure that assets are scalable and adaptable, creating toolkits and templates for easy deployment across marketing channels
Exceptional taste level with an advanced understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
Proactively identify and address challenges and consistently communicate with team members and stakeholders
Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers while helping establish best practices to keep the team moving efficiently
Consistently stay ahead of design trends, technology advancements, and creative innovations
Qualifications:
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from high-level campaigns to tactical performance-driven assets
5-10 years of experience in brand design, agency and sportswear experience preferred
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, motion design and animation skills are a plus
Strong communication skills
Work at startup speed — demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness to changing business priorities with an ability to problem-solve creatively
Thrive under pressure and be able to see the big-picture yet be extremely detail-oriented
