As we scale, our Customer Value Management team plays a crucial role in deepening customer engagement and driving lifetime value. We’re now looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior CVM Executive to help lead this mission.

 

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital B2C environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret large data sets to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing or coordinating internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle within a digital environment
  • Interest in the sports betting & gaming industry

 

What you'll be doing:

Reporting into the Head of Customer Value Management, you’ll be responsible for improving business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will deliver cross-functional initiatives that will improve the way in which we retain, cross-sell and upsell our customers.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who can take initiative on assigned tasks. They will be able to demonstrate data-led decision making. They will understand the customer lifecycle and drivers of customer lifetime value.

This is a high visibility role with unlimited opportunity to deliver value autonomously and grow professionally.

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Analyse customer data and qualitative insights to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Understand and improve key customer journeys.
  • Understand local customer and business needs in each market Superbet operates in.
  • Develop data-driven business cases to support initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure and optimize the impact of CVM campaigns on key performance metrics.
  • Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of lifecycle initiatives across markets.
  • Monitor competitor lifecycle and retention strategies to identify trends, gaps, and areas for differentiation.
  • Build CVM expertise to become a key partner to commercial teams in growing their P&Ls, with support to develop into this responsibility over time.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Experience within the sports betting & gaming industry
  • Experience with data analytics/BI tools
  • Understanding of customer motivations to bet
  • Understanding of sports betting & gaming business model and performance drivers
