Seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Business Process & Intelligence team. You will drive data-backed strategic decisions by performing in-depth analysis of key metrics and KPIs. This role requires strong analytical skills, Python expertise, and a commitment to ensuring high data quality for senior leadership and process improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the in-depth analysis and interpretation of key business metrics (KPIs) for executive and management teams.
  • Translate complex metric trends and anomalies into clear, actionable narratives to inform business strategy and process improvements.
  • Proactively identify hidden drivers, risks, and opportunities within the data, moving beyond standard reporting.
  • Independently collect, transform, and clean data from various sources for analysis.
  • Utilize advanced programming (Python preferred) and SQL for complex data manipulation and task automation.
  • Champion data quality and integrity, collaborating with data-owning teams to ensure analysis is objective and high-quality.
  • Serve as the analytical backbone for process improvement projects, ensuring proposed changes are measurable.
  • Apply strong business acumen to ensure all analytical efforts directly address strategic company goals.
  • Work autonomously on complex analytical tasks, demonstrating strong ownership and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of +5 years of progressive experience in the area of Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytically focused role.
  • A minimum of +2 years leadering teams.
  • Proven expertise in manipulating and transforming large, complex data sets.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL for querying and data retrieval.
  • Demonstrated experience using Python (or similar programming languages) for data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to challenge assumptions and think forward about long-term data needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively simplify and present complex quantitative findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
