Who you will report to: Marcin Jarosz - Team Lead Demand & Supply Planning

Team: End to End Coordination

What can you expect to work on?

• All operational forecasting activities associated with our sales SKUS

• Create & maintain forecast models for all sales channels; incorporating business intelligence and information gathered from sales, marketing and finance

• Implementing a demand & supply planning tool and improving WoW

• Track and understand the root causes of Forecast Errors, Bias and shortages in Fill Rate. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues/opportunities and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence

• Develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

• Create a supply plan with the given demand plan, on base of the optimal inventory strategy

• Drive communication and improve relationships among planners, sales, marketing & finance; to lead an effective knowledge sharing, an optimal consensus forecast, and supply plan to support the company’s ambitious growth targets

• Optimize inventory by creating and maintaining the optimal inventory strategy through close monitoring of overstock and write-off levels

• Key role part in the S&OP process

What you offer us:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in demand and/or supply planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams and levels of business affecting the forecast process

• Strong analytical, organization, and decision-making skills

• Capability to multitask in fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of SAP/APO, Manugistics, Oracle Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning is a highly preferred

• Highly motivated with a drive for results

• Passion for the delivery of a great experience for internal and external customers/stakeholders

• Business level fluency in English – fluency in German is a plus
