The Senior Digital Operations Associate works on digital operations projects, driving user engagement, analyzing performance data, and shaping digital strategy. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can collaborate across teams to enhance user experience, balance internal and external priorities, and ensure smooth technical operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital tools to improve access to quality care options.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

Operational Strategy & Performance Optimization 

  • Maintain daily oversight of funnel, SEO, and site performance; conduct granular analysis to make data-driven web optimizations 
  • Champion operation enhancements that balance external stakeholder priorities with internal data-driven performance insights 
  • Translate business priorities into actionable tactics to drive user acquisition 
  • Lead A/B testing strategy to improve consumer experience and maximize conversion yield 

Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution 

  • Lead sprint planning sessions, managing capacity and setting clear priorities to ensure successful delivery of high-impact features 
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage tradeoffs to balance external requirements with long-term site health 
  • Work across teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of roadmap and effective changement management 
  • Communicate performance and progress clearly to internal leadership and external clients 

Technical Management & Data Measurement 

  • Manage end-to-end QA process and documentation (pre, during, post-release)  
  • Coordinate with engineering around web troubleshooting and resolve product bugs or defects as they arise 
  • Collaborate with data engineering to continuously enhance and automate analytical infrastructure for more robust performance monitoring 
  • Use advanced SQL and other analytical tools to identify new opportunities 
  • Translate data into actionable insights and iterate on product decisions based on performance 
  • Define clear success metrics and communicate measurable progress  
  • Iterate on web ops strategy and adapt to changing business priorities  

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Digital Operations, Product, or related roles 
  • Analytical Rigor: a knack for analyzing and transforming large data sets into actionable performance stories and optimization strategies 
  • Problem Solving: expert at problem-framing, prioritization and mitigation of risks before they become business-critical 
  • Technical Fluency: experience troubleshooting web-based products and managing workflows via Jira (or similar PM tools) 
  • Communication Skills: ability to communicate complex technical performance to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely 
  • Client Relations: comfortable working with external clients and fostering effective client relationships 
  • Operational Excellence: “perfectionist” mindset; you take pride in flawless QA, documentation, and change management 
  • Cross-Functional: enjoy collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data partners to drive unified goals 
  • Self-Starter: comfortable working through ambiguity and operating autonomously
  • Bonus points if you have experience working in health tech / healthcare

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
