DIGITAL STRATEGY / Responsible for developing and executing digital & social media recommendations for our clients.
***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you will lead the strategy & planning for digital & social programs for our impressive roster of clients. You will evaluate brand objectives through the lens of digital & social media – determining the best platforms, partnerships, and content solutions to achieve these goals and amplify their sponsorships. On the front end, you will work collaboratively with internal strategists & creatives to brainstorm ways to amplify brand sponsorships on social, and on the backend oversee all execution & measurement of ongoing campaigns.
You will be relied upon as a digital expert at the agency – identifying the trends & strategies that reach specific fanbases. To be successful, you will need equal parts creative & critical thinking, a deep understanding of digital & social trends, and how to leverage property & ambassador assets through social media.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The base range for this position is $100,000 – 110,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
