WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role leads Nike’s Global Distribution function within Supply Chain Planning & Operations. The Sr. Director manages global, direct and virtual teams and partners closely with Geography Supply Chain leaders, Technology, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and senior enterprise stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and investment decisions across the distribution network. They bring deep distribution and supply chain expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions. They are accountable for shaping strategy, governing portfolios, and driving results across cost, service, and scalability. This role requires a confident people leader who can align global teams, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity across geographies, business models, and external risk.

The ideal candidate balances long‑term network strategy with near‑term operational demands, challenges legacy approaches, and builds capabilities that scale. They lead with clarity, hold teams accountable, and develop talent while maintaining strong partnerships across the matrixed organization. The candidate will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
