Our Global Brand Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Director, Global Brand Partnerships to lead ESL Faceit Group’s most impactful brand partnership initiatives. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of securing new brand alliances while fostering and expanding long-term partnerships, helping these brands reach their objectives within the esports and gaming landscape. As a key driver of revenue growth, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening ESL FACEIT Group’s presence across Europe and beyond.
This role requires a strategic yet independent approach to monetizing existing EFG’s products, alongside creating unique, engaging brand initiatives that captivate esports and gaming communities and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with the global EFG team, you will ensure integrated development and bring strategic visions to life, both online and at live events. This is an exciting opportunity to see your ideas make a tangible impact in one of the most dynamic industries.
This role is a hands-on sales leadership position, driving brand partnerships through strategy, collaboration, and client management. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities in key product categories, developing custom 7-8-figure partnerships with aligned brands.

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
