THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to our Partner Marketing  team in Sao Paulo! 

As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to build and maintain a unique and compelling partner network for our clients and end users. 
Your primary focus will be to lead the successful positioning of Wellhub within the fitness and wellness industry in Brazil, becoming the go-to person for all topics related to this matter. You will be a strategic partner to the Head of Partnerships in Brazil, to develop close working relationships with Brazilian fitness and wellness industry leaders, authorities and associations.
You will be responsible for leading the BR Partner Marketing squad, to develop and execute marketing strategies that grow and maintain our network in Brazil, across the full partner lifecycle, through acquisition, launch, engagement and retention. 
This will include identifying and leveraging the best strategic opportunities across all media types - including press, paid media, events and sponsorships, and working with external agencies as well as our in-house teams to deliver campaigns to meet priority needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful partner programs.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Industry expert: Leverage your deep knowledge of the BR fitness and wellness industry to ensure the successful positioning of Wellhub, including being a point of contact for key opinion leaders, and building relationships with industry authorities and organizations;
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for Brazil, working closely with the Global Head of Partner Marketing, CMO and Partnerships leaders to ensure alignment with the broader marketing initiatives, BR market movements and partnerships team priorities;
  • Funnel Management: Oversee partner marketing efforts at all stages of the funnel, from initial acquisition to engagement and retention. Ensure that partner marketing campaigns are data-driven and optimized for success;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product, operations and other marketing departments to ensure a seamless partner journey;
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of partner marketers. Build a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring top-notch marketing talent;
  • Hands-on Involvement: Be a player-coach by actively participating in partner marketing initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to identify and implement the most efficient ways to acquire, engage and retain partners in BR;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus;
  • Experience with marketin, with a focus on partner marketing and B2B marketing;
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in the BR fitness and wellness industry;
  • Advanced in English;
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams;
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Passion for health and wellbeing is a must.
